I am an experienced Counsellor, based in East Finchley, North London. I am also an accredited DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy) Practitioner. I am currently training in Couple Therapy for Depression. I am an accredited member of the BPC and the BACP.
The practice is in East Finchley. There is free parking, tube station 8 mins away and many bus routes.

People from all walks of life start therapy, for different reasons. You might be feeling overwhelmed and not wanting to handle difficulties without support anymore; or be feelings of confused, conflicted and just need help to understand things more clearly.
Therapy provides a safe, confidential and consistent space to start exploring some of the things about ourselves that can be difficult to understand. Being heard properly for the first time can often be an important first step in the process.

I work in East Finchley, London N2. My practice is within reach of the Northern Line, local bus services and there is free parking. It is close to Muswell Hill, Finchley, Barnet and Highgate.
East Finchley: The fee is £55 per session. Some concessions are available. Sessions lasts for 50 minutes, and I have availability in the day and evening. I offer both brief and open-ended therapy, we can discuss which option will suit you best when we first meet.
Our first meeting will be a consultation session, we can explore whether you wish to work together.
I also offer Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy – a sixteen session model for £65 a session.
Most people come once a week. However, during times of distress or if you want to engage in more in-depth therapy, more frequent sessions can be offered.

I have experience of working with people struggling with relationship and family issues, abuse, health related issues, depression, anxiety and bereavement.
As well as having a private practice, I work as a therapist for the NHS. My experience includes working for the Tavistock and Portman, West London NHS, a cancer charity and Raphael Jewish Counselling Service.
I am an accredited member of the BACP and BPC, have a diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and am also trained in brief work. I am an accredited DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy) Practitioner. I am currently training in Couple Therapy for Depression with Tavistock Relationships.
